We Strike Tonight

When: Friday 5 February 2016, 18:00-20:30
Where: Millennium Point Atrium (ground floor), Curzon Street, Digbeth, B4 7XG

Millennium Point have created a new Atrium Wall, handily located in the atrium, which over the coming months will host installations from local artists and creatives.

Birmingham-based street artist Liskbot, whose robots pepper the walls of Digbeth, is currently using the space for his first solo exhibition, WE STRIKE TONIGHT. On display until Tuesday 16th February, the exhibition draws on trademark influences of Birmingham’s dying industries, pop culture and science fiction to present the idea of a robot dominated world.

Although the exhibition is open daily, you can join Liskbot at Millenium Point tonight for a special Digbeth First Friday event: “Start your weekend off by coming down to see what me and my robots have been up to over the winter holidays. Get a free drink and tremble in the presence of robots’ illustrated plans of world conquest. Oh, and buy yourself a print. So you can say to others you saw the world’s end before it happens.”
