DEMONS presents HEAD THREE WAYS on YouTube – Theses guys will be playing at Supersonic in the Custard Factory this 22nd October, which seemed reason enough to post their video here.

Supersonic promises to be as popular as ever this year with tickets and hotel rooms selling fast – the Paragon Hotel is already sold out for the weekend. For those not wanting to make a full weekend of it, day tickets have recently gone on sale.

YouTube – B’ham/Digbeth Branch canal-walk- Tunnels & Bridges-Part 3 – Natman1947 takes a walk along Digbeth Branch Canal, through Curzon Street and Ashted tunnels:

…the dark lonely tunnels are notorious for young muggers on bicycles, so its advisable not to carry too much on you. Strange sounds can be heard in the tunnels.Curzon Sreet-Belmont Row-Ashted Tunnels.

Can’t say I’ve ever noticed the ‘young muggers on bicycles’ and I cycle and walk along here a lot, so don’t get too put-off by Natman’s advice.

YouTube – Boxes – Timelapse – Not quite sure what’s going on here beyond the stacking of boxes but Lunartist describes this as a ‘SHORT TIME – LAPSE VIDEO OF “CORRUPT IMAGE”( Nicole Mortiboys) AND “PROJECT HAMSTERN BOXES” (Nathaniel Pitt & Chris Hodson) – part of a month long project at 8 Rea Studios, Digbeth, Birmingham. YouTube – Drivelsville News – This a bizarre little film of computerised anchorwoman Sal having what seems to be a joke at UB40′s expense. I quite like the way Sal says Digbeth: “Dig-BETH”. You’re not from round here, are you love?

YouTube – Night Out at The Custard Factory – I’m absolutely loving this little film – a gang get warmed up at the flat, catch the train to Birmingham then party the night away at the Ecelctictry Festival in the Custard Factory. It’s a brilliant documentary of a great night out.

YouTube – The Deuce Soundsystem Ghetto Blaster @ The Custard Factory 28.09.09 – A little while ago I was walking along the back of the Custard Factory when I was greeted by this huge ghetto blaster, so I took picture. And then I see it in action on YouTube.
