Post Paradise is a monthly concert series for new music in Birmingham. Taking place at Centrala, it features local composers and guests from around the UK and abroad.

This month the team have invited:

  • Howard Skempton: “a leading experimentalist whose recent embrace by the musical establishment has not led to compromises in either in his individuality or strength of musical vision”
  • American composer, improviser, pianist and accordionist based in The Hague, Leo Svirsky
  • and Seamus Cater who is an Amsterdam-based English musician and concertina player, who “mixes research based song writing and new acoustic music”

The event will also feature an installation by artist Ana Smaragda Lemnaru; for more information, see the Facebook event page here.
