This month, the Birmingham Irish Heritage Group invites you all to a presentation from one of their members, Maureen Slattery-Marsh.

Entitled No Ordinary Women: Some Hidden Stories of Ireland’s Female Activists of the Revolutionary Years, 1900-1923, Maureen’s talk sheds much-needed light on the considerable role played by women in the fight for Irish freedom before, during and after the Rising.
