Digbeth Residents Association believes that being a good neighbour isn’t just about being helpful and pleasant to those living in the same building or street as you; it also extends to adjacent neighbourhoods, such as Highgate.
PC Anita Hodson, based at Digbeth Police Station, has organised a ‘Clean Up’ event taking place this Saturday, inviting local people to come together and help the residents of Horton Square clean up the area. Anita will also be re-launching her football project at St Luke’s Playing Field, so has arranged a game starting at 2pm with coaches from Aston Villa Football Club watching over play.
