So, it would seem that in the blink of an eye a second Espirito Brum festival has flown us by. We would like to take this time to give a massive shout out to all of those that came, saw, sang, made, listened, helped, danced, scratched, strummed, supported, and all round got involved with the wonder of Espirito Brum Festival 2012.
Espirito Brum Festival supports an abundance of creative collaborations in Birmingham between visiting and local artists, it’s about connecting people. It’s about promoting Birmingham, its artists, its culture and its enterprise, and we hope this year we have achieved what we set out to do.
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone that helped, volunteered and supported the festival; not everyone realises what a massive difference even the smallest gesture can make, so to all of the volunteers, promoters, cooks (that fed our Brazilian visitors), musicians, artists, and wonderful circles we move in thank you so very much for all the hard work.
We will now take this time to recharge our batteries, get our homes and kitchens back to a semi-state of normality, and put our heads together for next years festival and future collaborations.
So with out further ado please take a look below at some of our special highlights of this year’s shenanigans, fun and frolics. We hope you’ve enjoyed the ride as much as we have.
