We get top quality, beautifully intricate artwork by Beat 13′s Lucy McLauchlan on the Bradford Street/Rea Street junction, captured in this picture by Pete Ashton. Only question is: whose birthday was it? What lucky birthday boy or girl got this for their special day? Anyone know?
