Talk About Local – second Highgate session – It’s Friday, so I should be screaming, “Issa weekend!” but I’m already looking ahead to Monday at work, whenTalk About Local will have the second session at Stanhope Hall, Ketley Croft, Highgate, Birmingham B12.
We’ll be working with the Stanhope Womens’ Group on developing the site we created on 19th Oct and talking to anyone else who is interested in creating or contributing to a community website. The session is open and completely free, so if you’re nearby and would like to learn how to create a website, or perhaps need help with a site you already have, please come along and talk to us from 11.00am on Mon 9th Nov at Stanhope Hall.
Thanks Nicky for running the training session @Talk about Local on Monday at Stanhope Hall. I think the Stanhope Womens Group website is a great idea. We need to advertise the site to all the residents in Highgate and get them reading the site and commenting on it. I am sure it can help draw the community together.
