Big Envy – Birmingham Council’s obsession with big and inability to deal with it > Pete Ashton – Oh dear, the Xmas lights switch-on at Millennium Point didn’t go to plan, did it? Pete blames the council being too big for its boots, and sparks an interesting debate in the post’s comments.

My point was more that he council keep buying boots that are too big for them and failing to understand why they trip up when they try and walk in them, or something.
So it’s the feet are too small for the big boots? Kind of like the shoo version of eyes being to big for one’s belly? Gotcha. Thanks for clarifying.
