A friend mentioned this building demolition going on at the top of Fazeley Street to me, so I went along for a look. I was immediately struck by the BB logo. Does anyone know who BB were, what they did, what BB stood for? Does anyone know what’s set to stand in its place?

Birts (or was it Burts?) of Birmingham has gone? I used that place a couple of times to get wedding album supplies (I dabbled in wedding photography for a bit back in the mid to late 90s – done it all me). I can’t quite recall the other stuff it supplied (it might have been a printers?) but you could certainly get a lovely photographic album from there. It closed in the late 90s.
The site forms part of the new Birmingham City University site I think.
Cheers Dave, curiosity fed!
