The Stirrer • Spotted Dog leads way to a quiet Digbeth – More Noise Abatement nonsense threatening Digbeth’s great live music venues:

The Rainbow owners have received their third letter from Environmental Health informing them that they have committed a noise nuisance. They are a heartbeat (or drumbeat) away from a Noise Abatement Notice, which effectively will return the pub to the good old days when it was a virtual doss house.

This Council need to start addressing this problem in a different way because how they’re currently dealing with it, threatening the businesses that effectively make this area, beggars belief.

Fiddle and Bone new developments Deja Vu. Hypocrisy of selling a development on its City Centre vibrancy then getting upset when its prime location makes a noise!.

Nicky, are you aware of anyone else talking this up? Can you let us know if and how people are mobilising? I’d have thought this would be getting more exposure by now.

  3. It’s getting exposure on The Stirrer and Evening Mail and over interwebs, but I’m sure any additional coverage would be welcomed!!
