If Pete Ashton’s Big City Plan idea for artistically decorating Digbeth buildings come to fruition, despite Richard Trengrouse’s doubts, I hope they’ll start with this one on Heath Mill Lane and get rid of that God-awful tagging once and for all. I don’t like to see stains on the Dragon’s Teeth.
