- 3Bugs Fringe student theatre group are busy in the Custard Factory’s theatre over December – performing Joe Orton’s saucy classic What The Butler Saw 2nd-3rd December and Martin McDonagh’s dark comedy The Pillowman 9th-10th December.
- Harry Palmer’s Hedgehog Crisis Press Statement – ‘In the heart of Birmingham a blue heritage plaque, placed ten feet on the side of the rag market…states ‘Near here stood the old market cross. Public meetings took place here in the 18th Century.’ It was this sign and its significance combined with his love of hedgehogs that inspired Harry to talk openly about the safeguarding of this lovely creature.’
