    In Lizzy Piffany’s own words:

It’s that time of the month again - please come and avail yourselves of some free roast potatoes and good cheer at the Sunday Xpress open mic, this Sunday at the Adam & Eve 3pm til 7pm. Singers, poets, comedians, strange music-makers and rattlesnakes will all be bearing their wares and you’re invited to do the same, or just come and make us a merry audience. Children who haven’t learned to talk yet are welcome to come and play with our in-house Wrote Under baby Rosie Woolf, but the older ones might pick up some bad language.

And a bit of advance warning - by popular demand the Wrote Under Co-operative is soon to be launching another splendid evening of open micery, and we’ve gone prime time! Barking @ The Dog, coming soon to a Saturday night near you. More to follow…
